Lodgeletics is a fitness company that specializes in providing health and wellness services to individuals who live in group home settings. The founder of Lodgeletics was once a Direct Support professional while going to school for Kinesiology.

As a DSP, he noticed that many individuals who lived in group homes also lived sedentary lives. It was terrible for him to see the people he cared for living sedentary lives, as these behaviors often lead to psychological and physiological distress.

Lodgeletics was born to fight this unfortunate fact of sedentary living, by helping these individuals with goal setting, behavioral change, nutrition, exercise programing, and educated instructional guidance.
